Rogers is 33 years old and lives in the town of Kijura in the region of Hoima in Uganda. He is married and has one child. For the past five years, Rogers has been working hard to manage his bar, which sells beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.

To help expand his business, Rogers has requested a loan of 3,000,000 Ugandan Shillings from BRAC Uganda. The loan will be used to buy more beer, sodas, spirits, and water, and will help Rogers to generate greater profits and take care of his family's basic needs. Rogers hopes that in the future he will be able to expand his business.
