Doña Elena de 36 años, casada y tiene una hija, quien ya estudia, su esposo se dedica a la venta de carbón por quintal en diferentes lugares, doña Elena tiene una tienda de consumo diario desde hace 18 años, que heredo de su mama, ahora ella ayuda a su esposo con las ganancias del mismo, ella vende en su tienda, arroz, azúcar, maíz por libra y quintal, golosinas, aguas gaseosas, jugos, también productos lácteos, doña Elena atiende de lunes a sábado de 6 de la mañana, a 9 de la noche, los domingos le paga a una señora para que atienda, doña Elena se siente feliz y satisfecha por los logros que ha tenido,Y gracias al apoyo de kiva y espera seguir ayudando a su esposo con la economía y mejorar su vivienda ya ha travajado varios creditos en kiva y es una buena persona puntual y responsable en sus pagos.
