Born around 1984, Moussa lives in Kadiana in the 3rd administrative region of Mali, where he was born and raised, with his wife and one child in a traditional family. Moussa quickly became interested in income-generating activities, notably the purchase and resale of phones and accessories, as well as solar panels, fans, etc. He is well sought-after in Kadiana, especially on market days.

With three years of experience in this trade, Moussa is collaborating with Soro Yiriwaso to increase his working capital so that he can better satisfy his growing customer base. This is his first individual loan. Moussa will use this loan to buy phones and accessories, solar panels and fans. He buys from wholesalers in Bamako and makes his sales in cash and sometimes on credit at the market. Moussa hopes to make a monthly profit of 150,000 FCFA, which he will use to support his family, repay the loan, and reinvest in his business.
