Kalifa
Born around 1973 in Diandiana C/Kolondièba, Kalifa lives in Kolondièba (a sub-prefecture of the third administrative region of Mali) with his wife and 7 children in a traditional family setting. Kalifa very quickly became interested in revenue-generating activities, notably selling different shop articles. He is very much in demand in his district of Kolondièba. Bolstered by 7 years experience in this line of work, he is working with Soro Yiriwaso in order to increase his business and satisfy his ever-growing clientèle. He is on his third loan, having properly repaid his previous loans.

Kalifa plans to use his loan to buy batteries, sugar, cigarettes, powdered milk and tea. He gets his supplies from the wholesalers in Kolondièba and often in Bamako. He makes his sales for cash and sometimes for credit to a mixed and diverse clientèle. Kalifa hopes to make a monthly profit of 120 000 francs which will be used to meet his family's needs and to repay the loan, and will be reinvested in his business.

Mr Kalifa s’est vite intéressé aux activités génératrices de revenus notamment à l’achat vente des articles divers de boutique. il est très sollicité dans son quartier à Kolondièba.
Fort de ses 7 années d’expériences dans le domaine, il collabore avec Soro Yiriwaso pour augmenter son fonds de commerce afin de satisfaire sa clientèle qui ne cesse de grandir et est à son troisième prêt, après avoir remboursé les prêts précédents.
Kalifa compte utiliser son prêt pour acheter des piles ; sucre ; cigarette, lait en poudre et thé. Il s’approvisionne chez les grossistes à Kolondièba et souvent à Bamako. Il effectue ses ventes au comptant et quelques fois à crédit à une clientèle divers et variée.
Kalifa espère réaliser un bénéfice mensuel de 120.000FCFA qui sera utilisé pour subvenir aux besoins de la famille, rembourser le prêt et réinvestir dans les activités.
