Tul is 35 years old and is married with four children. She lives with her family in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. For the past five years, Tul has been raising and selling beef and she earns approximately 4 USD daily. Her husband is a driver who makes an income of 2 USD each day. Three of her children are employed in garment factories and earn 10 USD daily.
Tul is requesting a 1,500 USD loan to purchase cattle to resell. She will use her loan to generate more income for the family. In the future, Tul would like to expand her business and help her children earn a higher education. Moreover, she plans to build a new house within the next two years.
