Phors is 40 years old. She is married and lives in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia. She has been working in a garment factory for more than three years, earning approximately $4 per day. Her husband is a doctor who makes an income of $4 each day. To improve her family’s finances, Phors is requesting a loan of $1,000 to purchase medicine for her husband to resell. By doing so, he would be able to generate more income for the family. In the future, she would like to run a bigger pharmacy and build a new house if possible.
