Aigul
Aigul is 40 years old, married and raising four children together with her husband. Her husband is a farmer, and children attend a school. Aigul has a secondary education. To provide the primary income for her family, she is involved in animal husbandry, having started 18 years ago with a purchase of livestock with 10,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Aigul's hard work, today her business contains 3 dairy cows, 2 horses and 5 calves. Aigul and her family already prepared 450 haystacks, 1 ton of barley and 8 tons of corn. Aigul sells 20 liters of milk daily to distributors. The monthly income amounts to 12,000 som (KGS). In order to further develop her business, Aigul requested a loan from the microfinance bank "Bai-Tushum and Partners" to buy cows to increase livestock headcount. She plans to invest the earnings from the loan into further increasing domestic livestock quantities and saving money to build a house for her son.
