View original language description ↓

Delfina is a member of the Kusikuy communal bank. She is 59 years old, married, and has 3 children. Delfina lives in the traditional neighborhood of Calvario, close to the church with the same name. She has a store where she sells groceries, red meat, chicken, vegetables, and drinks. The store is open from 6:00am until 9:00pm, and her children help her at the store because Delfina is in delicate health.

Delfina needs a loan of 2,100 soles ($725) to buy rice, sugar, milk and noodles. She dreams of having a better-stocked store, and that all of her children have their own homes and financial stability.
