Sreymom is 31 years old. She is single and resides with her mother and sister in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia.
She has been working in garment factory for more than three years, earning approximately $4 per day. Her mother sells Khmer noodles, porridge and desserts. She earns about $4 daily. Her sister is a garment worker who makes an income of $5 each day.
To improve her family’s finances, Sreymom is requesting a loan of $1,200 to purchase farmland for rice cultivation. This purchase will help her generate more income for the family. In the future, she would like to fix her house to make it much better for her family’s living conditions.
