El banco de emprendimiento BIBOSI, está compuesto por ocho integrantes siete mujeres y un varón, todas ellas se dedican a distintas actividades, la presidenta del banco es la señora Dora tiene 26 años casada con dos hijos de las edades de 9 y 3 años, ella se dedica a la venta de ropa según la temporada, ella vende sus productos en distintas ferias de la ciudad de Santa Cruz, este préstamo es su primera secuencia dentro de la institución, la señora Dora, va a usar este préstamo para compra de ropa según la temporada al por mayor y asi surtir su negocio, su razón para solicitar este préstamo es incrementar su mercadería, la señora Dora enfrenta retos en su negocio que son la competencia y va a utilizar los beneficios en seguir comprando mercadería y así de esta manera genera más ingresos económicos, se siente feliz ya agradecida por ella y por sus compañeras de grupo ya que en muchos caso sacan solas adelante a su familias.
