The group's representative, Flaure Mahoutin (the one raising her hand in the photo) is 38 years old. Flaure Mahoutin finished primary school. She is married to Desiré, a mechanic. They have three dependent children, some of whom are in school. Flaure Mahoutin lives with her husband and children. The spouses jointly provide for household needs. In order to do so, Flaure Mahoutin has been selling fabric for over 13 years. In addition, she also sells kitchen utensils. Flaure Mahoutin stocks up at a market in Benin. In order to strengthen her business, Flaure Mahoutin, jointly with the other members of the Enagnon 3 group, is applying for her sixth loan from ALIDé. Their prior loans have been duly repaid.

Le groupe ENAGNON 3 est composé de quatre personnes qui sont des amies et font des tontines ensemble. La représentante du groupe, nommée Flaure Mahoutin (celle qui a la main levée sur la photo) est âgée de 38 ans. Flaure Mahoutin a fréquenté l’école jusqu’au niveau primaire. Flaure Mahoutin est mariée à un mécanicien du nom de Désiré. Le couple a trois enfants, dont certains scolarisés et tous à leur charge. Flaure Mahoutin vit ensemble avec son mari et ses enfants. Les charges de ménage sont supportées par Flaure Mahoutin et son mari. C’est pour cette raison Flaure Mahoutin vend des tissus de façon ambulante depuis treize ans. De façon secondaire, Flaure Mahoutin vend des ustensiles de cuisine. Flaure Mahoutin s'approvisionne dans un marché du Bénin. Dans le but de renforcer son activité, Flaure Mahoutin s’associe aux autres membres du groupe ENAGNON 3 pour solliciter un sixième crédit auprès de ALIDé. Les prêts antérieurs ont été bien remboursés.

Alidé is a Beninese NGO that works to reduce poverty by offering sustainable access to productive loans like this one in addition to savings, training sessions, and social work to low-income families.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late. However, Alidé remains a healthy institution in good standing with its creditors, and Kiva would like to continue working to support its clients. This is a Group Loan

In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee.
