Maria
View original language description ↓
María is 63, is divorced, and lives with her daughter Lourdes, who is 23. Her other children, Nancy, AyD., Hedí, and Berta have their own families and jobs.

She sells food in the small store that she has in her home. With 2 years of much effort, she managed to strengthen her business to generate income and to support her extended family. Since she separated from her husband, she has worked all day in her store, an activity that she likes a lot and that alieves some of the pain of the separation. On the other hand, it is difficult to work alone. With the help of her daughter Lourdes and the unconditional support of her other children, María moves forward day after day.

With the money from the loan, she wants to expand her store by purchasing more products and with time convert her store into a bazaar.
