Sargis has been providing a delivery service for over two years in Ayntap village of the Ararat region. He lives with his parents and sister in the same village.

As a hardworking young man, he does his best to gain more customers and increase orders. Sargis has an agreement with local small stores that give their orders to Sagis, who buys needed products from Yerevan and delivers them to the stores. Realizing that the business is profitable enough for him, and that he manages to cover the family's basic costs, Sargis wants to increase his business. For being able to do that, first of all Sargis needs to renovate the car by which he organizes delivery.

Sargis has applied for this loan to be able to renovate the car. He has been approved for a loan within the framework of a new joint initiative between Kiva and SEF International. The start-up loan program provides business start-up loans with soft conditions to informal businesses that do not have access to credit products.

The loan will help Sargis to accomplish his goals, and he hopes for lenders’ support.
