Yokonia is a 45-year-old married man with ten children living in Kasese, Uganda. For eight years he has been selling shoes. He has been successful in this business and has managed to raise money to construct rental housing, although they are not yet complete and providing additional income. Yokonia started business in order to be rich and educate his children. His dream is to educate his children to university level and finish his rentals. However, his challenge is the prevailing price fluctuations that hinder his income expectations.
Yokonia needs a loan to buy shoes to sell this Christmas season.
