Greta
Greta is from Gugarq village where she lives alone. Over the last three years, Greta has earned her living by providing clothing for resale. In particular she purchases clothing supplies from Gyumri and Yerevan, and resells them in neighboring villages. The income from this activity is very important for Greta and she would like to enlarge it. By applying for this loan, Greta is asking to purchase a new stock of clothing. As winter is already coming, people demand warm clothing. Greta has now been approved for a loan within the framework of a new joint initiative between Kiva and SEF International. The start-up loan program provides business start-up loans with soft conditions to informal businesses that do not have access to credit products. The loan will greatly assist Greta to continue her retail business and satisfy her clients' needs.
