Nov is a mother in her late 20s residing in Battambang province’s Moung Russey district. She has three kids to support, as one is in school and two are too young for schooling.
Nov is a local farmer who counts on a single agribusiness: rice farming. She has been involved in her current business since she was 20 years old, and it has earned her about KHR 37,800 per day. With VisionFund (Kiva’s partner), she is not a first-time borrower. She has succeeded in using her past loan wisely to improve her living condition better than before.
Now, she is seeking a new loan of KHR 1,500,000 to buy fertilizer and pesticide for her crop . She hopes that she can boost her crop yield better than before and gain a good income.
