Lorena works as a salesperson at a grocery store to pay for her studies. This is the first loan she is requesting from this institution. She will use the loan for various school expenses such as a laptop. Her studies will take three years. Lorena deals with such challenges as the lack of financial support from her parents, and having to work and study at the same time. It's hard for her but she is determined to move forward, get ahead, finish her degree and practice her profession. They live in the Alto Tejar section of La Paz.
