Joan Nauel
Joan Nauel is a young publicity student who is requesting a loan to pay for his studies. This is his story:

My name is Joan and I am 18 years old. I was born and raised in San Juan de la Maguana in the Dominican Republic. I have five siblings; my mother is a stylist and my father is not working at the moment due to health problems, but they have instilled values in me that have helped me to develop on a personal and professional level.

I want to study at the APEC University in Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic, and study Publicity, as this is the course that appeals to me and which I am passionate about. I identify most with this course because I grew up in a world of communication and show business, which further developed my passion for the arts.

I need this loan to fund my studies and expenses during the course since I no longer work and my parents' salary is not enough to fund my studies. The truth is that I don't know what I will do if I don't get this loan because I have always wanted to study at that university and this loan would help me to study the course that I am passionate about.

My academic goal is to graduate and be recognised as the best publicist in my country. I would also like to help my family financially and after finishing my course I would like to work in my area as a publicity agent or in the field of communication.
