Meet Salma. She is a 39-year-old from Jui, eastern area, in Freetown. She is married with three children.
In 2003, Salma established her general stock business. She began her business because she wants to empower herself. She works at the business from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., seven days per week. She says that the main challenge to her business is insufficient capital to expand her business.
Salma requires a loan in order to purchase more toothpaste, cream and soap to expand her business. She hopes that the extra income from this loan will allow her to change her status of living and increase her business.
In the future, Salma plans to expand her business more than ever. She thanks you for your support.
