Hovakim
Hovakim is 42 years old and he lives in the village of Khachardzan in the Tavush region. Hovakim is trained as a teacher and for many years he has worked at their village school. Today, at the same school, he works as a deputy director. The entire school and village respect and like him very much.

Hovakim is a good and wise person and also a very skilled farmer. Together with his wife, he takes care of their farm and they are also engaged in bee keeping. They have six cows, eight calves, ten sheep, ten piglets, twenty chickens and forty beehives. They sell a great range of farm products such as meat, dairy products, eggs, honey etc. Thanks to his hard work and savings of several years, Hovakim has bought some furniture for his house, a computer and car for his family.

For Hovakim, as for any farmer, coming of winter brings a lot of problems and worries about how to provide the cattle with fodder and warmth. Therefore, Hovakim asks for a loan of 400,000 Armenian Drams in order to buy a lot of fodder for his cattle and also to prepare his beehives for winter protecting them from the cold.
