Maria dreams of becoming a business administrator but without a degree knows it may never be possible. Maria was accepted into the Universidad Tecnologiaca Privada Cosmos and now with the chance to achieve her dream, she is concerned about affording tuition fees. She plans on graduating in December, 2014 but without a loan from Vittana she thinks that she may need to take time off to work and save until she can return to school.
With this loan, Maria plans on paying her tuition while she saves her salary from her part-time job. Maria currently works 40 hours a week as a receptionist. One of her biggest challenges has been making time to work and go to school. With a career in business administration, she expects to earn $17 a day, a substantial increase from before. Unfortunately, Maria's parents never had the opportunity to complete their high school education. Maria hopes to be the first in her family to graduate from university.
