Rukia is a widowed woman with seven children, three of whom are in school. The rest are grown-ups. She lives in her own house that has neither electricity nor piped water.
She makes soft drinks using fruits and juice flavors and sells it to her neighbors and passersby. She cites seasonality as her major challenge.
With the loan she is requesting, she wants to purchase juice flavors and fruits for the business. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
