Apart from her main job, Lilik, with the help of her family members, is engaged in beekeeping and in cultivation of several fruits (peach, cherry, quince, pomogranate, fig, grapes, apple, and walnut). They realize the agricultural products in the local market, which is an important source of family's income.
To make her beekeeping business sustainable and more productive, Lilik needs to make some financial investments. She needs a loan of USD 3,000 to purchase several new beehives and buy wax for beekeeping.
As this is Lilik’s first loan, it has been approved within the framework of the new joint initiative of Kiva and SEF. The first-chance loan program provides loans to people who didn’t have access to credit products before, because they had no credit history.
Lilik and her family highly rely on the good will of the lenders and will be grateful to them for their support.
