Philip is a 35-year-old hardworking man living in Fort Portal, Uganda. He is a farmer who mainly rears cattle, but also earns a salary as a coordinator hired by local government to offer agricultural advisory services to other farmers.
A good father that he is, he desires to educate his children to attain degrees as minimum qualification, and set up sustainable income generating activities. Prolonged drought and high cost of operation hinder his business profits, while his desire is to own a big and productive dairy farm. Philip intends to use the loan to buy three cows for rearing.
