Mareta is from Miasnikyan village of the Armavir region. She has a big family and lives with her husband, son, daughter-in-law, 19-year-old and 9-year-old grandsons, and 17-year-old granddaughter. She works in the government sector as an administrative secretary. Her salary, however, is not enough to afford the cost of living.
With the help of her family members, Mareta is engaged in cattle breeding and in the cultivation of watermelon, alfalfa, apricots, and plums. Her son sells the agricultural products in the local market, which is the main source of family's income. To prepare her agribusiness for the winter, Mareta needs to make some investments. She needs a loan of 2,000 USD to purchase forage for cattle. She and her family members rely on the goodwill of the lenders and will be very grateful to them for their help in supporting the loan needed to sustain their agribusiness.
