Rose is married with three children, two of whom go to school. She also takes care of additional family members (one orphan). She has a medical clinic business. She has applied for a loan of 1,000,000 Ugandan Shillings from MCDT SACCO to buy more boxes of tablets, syringes, and syrups. She generates additional income through selling charcoal. She works in a shop six days out of every week and sells on both retail and wholesale. Her major business challenge includes defaulters and thieves. She aspires to own a fully stocked clinic and also to build her own house. She resides in a rented house and her family has access to electricity but lacks access to piped water. Her monthly expenses includes school fees and rent.
