This group of the "Pacu Cua" neighborhood arose when some members of other committees that have repaid their previous loans decided to form another group. This is a very private group, due to the fact that the neighborhood in which they live is near to the International Bridge that joins Paraguay with Argentina. Because of this all the ladies sell merchandise on the border, as much on the Paraguayan side as the Argentine.

The merchandise that they sell includes various oils, flours, sugar, laundry detergent, noodles, clothes, lingerie, sheets, towels, cigarettes and plastic articles, because they adapt to the requests of their clients and also to the advantages in prices that they find. The majority have a small point of sale, other do not and offer their merchandise to people that pass on the street.

They desire a loan that can be additional capital for them, that will permit them to increase their stock of merchandise, buying in large quantities. One of the advantages that they get when buying in large quantities are the lowest prices. This also helps so that they can offer good prices to their clients, so their clients prefer to buy from them.
