Jovina has been selling vegetables in the city market for approximately 30 years.
The Foundation’s loans have always been for the purchase of merchandise. Previously she sold in the street, now Jovina has a locale from where she serves her clients selling lettuce, tomatos, garlic, etc.
In the future Jovina wants to continue to expand her business as her earnings from her sales are what support her family.

La señora Jovina Barreto está casada y tiene tres hijos, todos ya mayores de edad, el mayor de sus hijos se encuentra trabajando en España.
Doña Jovina desde hace aproximadamente 30 años se dedica a la venta de verduras y hortalizas en el mercado de la ciudad.
Los créditos que la Fundación le ha otorgado siempre fueron para la compra de mercadería. Anteriormente sus ventas los hacia en la calle, ahora Jovina ya posee un local en donde recurren sus clientes para las compras de sus lechugas, tomates, ajos, etc.
Mas adelante Doña Jovina quiere seguir ampliando su negocio ya que la ganancia que sale del mismo es para el sustento de su familia.
