Besarte lives in the southern part of Kosovo, is 26 years old, married and has three children between the ages of 4 years old and 2 months old. Her husband works as a construction worker and she is a housewife taking care of the home and their children, in addition to working in agriculture based on family tradition. Besarte keeps goats that she uses for her family’s needs and also sells the products in her area for extra income since her husband’s salary is not enough. Besarte is asking for a loan to buy food for the goats so that she can increase her income and double the amount she can sell. Her goal is to expand her farm and add more animals so that she can provide a better education and life for her children. Besarte would like to thank all Kiva lenders for their support!
