The Flores de Bergel village bank is starting its first loan cycle with Pro Mujer, as part of the Senkata regional office. The group has eight members, and Rosse Mary is the chair of the board of directors. The members' business are quite varied and include retail, services, manufacturing, and a beauty salon.

This loan will help these microentrepreneurs. Rosse Mary notes that she joined Pro Mujer a year ago at the invitation of a friend who is a member of the institution. She currently has a beauty salon and says that she studied the trade at a cosmetology school and then decided to open her own business.

She will use this loan as working capital to buy hairbrushes, a hair dryer, and cosmetics from the wholesalers in the department of La Paz and then use them in her business. This business helps her bring in an income to support her family, since she is unmarried and has three children.

When we ask her what she likes about Pro Mujer, she answers that she likes the health care.

Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: comerciantes, servicios, producción, servicio de salón de belleza.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Rosse Mary es integrante, ella indica que hace un año que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por la invitación de una amiga que es socia de la institución. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio servicio de peinados y cosmetología; da a conocer que estudio esta carrera en un instituto y posteriormente decide abrir su propio espacio de trabajo.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de cepillos, secadora y cosméticos) que adquirirá de las vendedoras mayoristas del departamento de La Paz y posteriormente lo comercializará en su espacio de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para mantener a su familia, ya que ella es soltera y tiene tres hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el servicio de salud.
