Hayk is from Geghasar village, where he lives with his parents (in the photo), his wife and two little children, 7 and 3 years old (in the photo). Near the village where Hayk and his family live, he owns a plot of agricultural land, where he cultivates different types of fruits and vegetables. Hayk has been also been involved in breeding cattle for many years. As the only breadwinner in the family, Hayk feels very responsible for earning a good income to cover his family's basic costs. This hardworking man with a good credit history behind him is asking for financial support. He needs US$3,000 to buy potato, wheat and barley seeds and to enlarge his cultivation activities. Hayk will be able to sell his harvest in the market and earn more income. This is the reason why he has applied for this loan. The loan is important for Hayk, as agriculture is the only source of his income, and he hopes for the lenders' support.
