Topchugul is 49 years old, not married, and raising three foster children by herself. Topchugul has secondary education. Topchugul plans to invest the income from the loan in further increasing the number of household animals. She also plans to save money for the marriage of her foster son.

Доходы от кредита Топчугул планирует вложить в дальнейшее приумножение количества домашней скотины, и планирует накопить средства на женитьбу приемного сына.
