José Noel necesita el préstamo para la compra de más materiales como metales, vidrios, soldadores, etc. para seguir realizando su trabajo, el cual le brinda una gran parte de sus ingresos. Con el préstamo espera que sus ventas aumenten y que este le sirva de mucho ya que no cuenta con los materiales necesarios para cubrir los pedidos y trabajos solicitados.
