Ablavi is a 30-year-old woman, married to a computer maintenance technician, and with a 7-year-old child who attends school. She sells pagnes (traditional, wrap-around clothing) and other hand-made clothes from her shop. She has requested this loan from WAGES (Women and Associations for Gain both Economic and Social) in order to buy pagnes for resale and to save. She would really like to increase the size of her business and provide for her child's education.
