El Sr. Santos quien es de condición muy humilde desea el presente crédito con el fin de poder seguir percibiendo ingresos con la nueva cosecha que vaya a realizar, indicar que el señor Santos siembra papa y requiere para la compra de semilla como de fertilizantes, herbicidas entre otros y de esa forma con los ingresos que perciba poder concretar otros sueños que a corto plazo tiene como el de poder mejorar la vivienda.
