El señor Vicente, es una persona de 37 años de edad, de estado civil soltero pero actualmente vive en concubinato, alcanzo a estudiar hasta la primaria, vive en su propia casa en la comunidad de Tiraque, tiene 3 dependientes económicos a cargo los cuales son sus hijos, la actividad principal a la que se dedica es la agricultura de tal forma produce; Papa 150 cargas, Haba (verde) 60 cargas, Oca 42 cargas, Cebada 8 cargas, Avena (forraje) 100 calchas. La siembra de estos cultivos los realiza en sus terrenos propios en una superficie de 4 Hectáreas. que están ubicadas en la misma comunidad, con este préstamo que realiza es para capital de operación para la compra de abono de gallinaza y Semilla de papa, una vez cosechada sus productos el señor Vicente en el futuro mejorará sus ingresos económicos y de igual manera la calidad de vida de sus dependientes.
