Met is 56 years old. She is married and resides with four children in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia. To earn a living, they have been involved in cultivating rice and fattening animals for more than ten years. They earn approximately 2 USD per day. Three of her children are employed in garment factories. They earn about 12 USD each day. In order to improve her family’s finances, Met is requesting a loan of 600 USD to purchase a cow to breed and produce a calf to sell. This purchase will help her earn more income for the family. In the future, she would like to expand her farming business and rebuild her house as soon as possible.
