She delivers her merchandise by visiting sales stalls and residences, since she sells her products on credit. Ana lives in a home in the Tembladerani zone of the city of La Paz. This is her first loan cycle with this institution. Ana will use this loan to purchase merchandise, since she has many orders, and in this way she can increase her working capital.

The reason she is requesting this loan is to purchase merchandise. Ana faces challenges in her business, such as the demand for new products, and she is going to use the profits to provide better customer service by buying varied products. El Banco de Emprendimiento LAS ORQUIDEAS está compuesto por ocho integrantes seis mujeres y dos varones que se dedican a distintas actividades, la presidenta del banco es la Sra. Ana tiene 63 años, ella se dedica al comercio minorista, ofreciendo variedad de productos desde cosas de cocina como variedad de productos según la temporada pero solo de plástico, visitando y entregando a su mercadería puestos de venta y domicilios, ya que entrega sus productos a crédito, la Sra. Ana vive en su domicilio que se encuentra en la zona de Tembladerani de la Ciudad de La Paz, este préstamo es su primera secuencia dentro de la institución, la Sra. Ana va a usar este préstamo para la compra de mercadería, ya que tiene muchos pedidos y así de esta manera incrementar su capital de trabajo, su razón para solicitar este préstamo es compra de mercadería, la la Sra. Ana enfrenta retos en su negocio que es la demanda que hay de nuevos productos y va a utilizar los beneficios en una mejor atención con la compra de variedad de producto, la Sra. Ana se siente feliz y agradecido con la institución por el apoyo brindado en la otorgación del crédito.
