Godfrey is a widower with three children. All his children go to school. He deals in agriculture primarily in banana-selling. He applied for a loan of UGX.1,200,000 to help him buy straw and manure for mulching his banana plantation. By mulching his plantation, he hopes to get better yields and get more income to look after his children to a better standard and provide good education for them. He also hopes to construct a good shelter for the family. His major challenge is weather, especially during the dry season, when the place becomes dry and some times the rains come with strong winds and hail storms and destroy the plantations.
