She runs a retail store as an aid to her husband's income from employment. Aside from this, she also sells food and snacks to earn a living.
She joined GDMPC currently and has borrowed money to buy grocery goods to resell.
She hopes to sustain her business to have daily income for their future needs. She wants to become successful in her business and able to provide the needs of her child in the future.
Gata Daku Multi-Purpose Cooperative (GDMPC) was founded in 1992 by 32 farmer-members to empower people by providing livelihood opportunities and other support services. Today, it has over 15,000 members located in upland, lowland and coastal regions of the Philippines, and offers credit, savings, education, and various social services.
