Norma Estela
Norma is 40 years old and is the mother of 3 children: a daughter aged 19 who is married and does not live with them, a boy aged 15 who is in 9th grade at school and a girl of 8 years of age who is at school in second grade. Norma has a partner and he works in motorcycle repairs.

They have a motorcycle repair workshop in their home (garage) which started running this year. Norma's partner looks after the repairs with the help of his son and she does the auditing and sales of spare parts.

They buy the spares in cash from the distribution centres of the various makes of motorcycle and sell them to the workshop's customers.

The loan will be used to buy new stock, which is available at good discounts at this time of year because of businesses having clearance sales. By capitalising on this, they will increase their stock inventory, improving their supply capacity for their customers.

She hopes they can stay in business with the motorcycle workshop and hopes to open a new service centre in the future, when her son comes of age.
