Dama is a married woman with eleven children. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.
For the past two years, Dama has operated a business of selling khangas (women wrap) cloth. She faces a major challenge of seasonality in her place of operation.
With the KES 20,000, Dama wants to purchase 40 pieces of khangas cloths for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
