Lusine
Lusine is from Gyumri town in Armenia. She lives with her mother, brother, and 3-year-old daughter.

She opened a small cafe in Gyumri town two years ago. Due to her hard work over these two years, Lusine was able to gain a good client base. She provides high-quality service and tasty dishes, and that's why her cafe is in demand among locals.

Now Lusine needs financial support for purchasing a TV for her cafe. She has now been approved for a loan within the framework of a new joint initiative between Kiva and SEF international. The start-up loan program provides business start-up loans with soft conditions to informal businesses that do not have access to credit products.

Lusine is very grateful to all her lenders for their support. The loan is very important for Lusine to be able to provide better conditions for her clients.
