El señor Cornelio tiene 25 años de edad el vive en la Población de Tiraque, él se encuentra concubinato, tiene dos hijos, Cornelio trabaja como chofer en un Sindicato de autotransporte de la comunidad de Tiraque. Cornelio vivía en otro comunidad, sin embargó hace como cinco años atrás el tuvo que venir a la población de Tiraque porque no tuvo ingresos suficientes; Cornelio dejo toda sus pertenencias por lo que se vinieron junto a su esposa a la comunidad de Tiraque, ellos se volvieron a levantar y junto a su esposa tomaron un nuevo rumbo en su camino empezaron de cero, ahora él tiene una movilidad y un lote urbano y de la misma manera el trabaja como chofer. El préstamo que solicita Cornelio es para comercializar la compra y venta de ropa nueva y de esa manera podrá tener más ingresos y poder ayudar a su hijos a terminar el colegio. Cornelio sueña con un futuro mejor para sus hijos ya que el no pudo terminar el colegio ni hacer una carrera, pero él quiere que su hijos si puedan realizar una carrera y poder ayudar a las personas de la zona.
