Nilda runs a general store in Clarin, Misamis Occidental where her family lives. She has been in this business for a long time in order to earn a living. She plans to purchase dried fish in addition to groceries, so she borrowed a loan from Kiva partner GDMPC micro credit. She is hopeful to sustain the business and able to expand for the future needs of her family.
Gata Daku Multi-Purpose Cooperative (GDMPC) was founded in 1992 by 32 farmer-members to empower people by providing livelihood opportunities and other support services.
