Elsa forma parte del grupo comunal Mujeres con Visión desde hace 2 años, en este tiempo ha llegado a mantener una muy buena relación de amistad con todas sus compañeras del grupo, vive por la comunidad de Llacao en la ciudad de Cuenca, este sector se encuentra rodeado de mucha belleza natural, su gente es tradicionalista y aun guarda celosamente la cultura que sus padres les inculcaron, laboran en la agricultura, crianza de animales y comercio.
La Señora. Elsa tiene 35 años de edad, se encuentra casada y fruto de su unión conyugal ha concebido 3 hijos de 13, 12 y 2 años, su primera hija está en el colegio y su segunda hija estudia en una escuelita de la localidad, su esposo es chofer profesional y labora conduciendo camiones pesados, la casa en la que vive es propia.
Doña Elsa desde hace 3 años se dedica a la venta de cosméticos y le va muy bien, también se dedica a la crianza de pollos, vacas, cerdos y gallinas de postura, la agricultura es solo para el consumo de su hogar. Su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de pollos, cerdos y también en materiales de construcción para el mejoramiento de su vivienda. Su meta es terminar su casa y agrandar su negocio.
