Arame, a 41-year-old woman, has been active in selling dyed cloth for nearly ten years. She is a married mother. She takes care of her family, thanks to the profits from her business, and she also supports her husband in covering household expenses. Given the present period, she has received a fairly large order that she really wants to honor ahead of the Tabaski holiday. She is here at the microfinance institution IMCEC to request the amount of 100,000 francs CFA to purchase some 'thioup' fabrics, that is, dyed cloth. She gets her merchandise from Mali. Hawking her wares currently, she would like to be the owner of a big store after a while. The store would be renowned, well-supplied with a variety of fabrics.
