El Sr. Fermín tiene 49 años, casado con tres hijos d las edades de 18, 16 y 14 años, el es artesano en Plantas de Totora, es una planta muy resistente que tiene mucho trabajo manual para poder usarlo, el vive en la comunidad de Chilaya Grande, centro turístico del departamento de La Paz donde ofrecen al público sus artesanías de totoras como sillas, adornos, balzas, etc. la mayoría de los habitantes de esta isla se dedican a la pesca y el turismo, este préstamo es su primera secuencia dentro de la institución, el Sr. Fermin va a usar este préstamo para la compra de material de construcción para la construcción de su casa y también para la compra e totora para realizar su trabajo y así satisfacer la demandada de sus clientes, el Sr. Fermín enfrenta retos en su negocio que son a veces la falta de material para realizar sus artesanías, El Sr. Fermin es una persona con ganas de superación se siente feliz y agradecido con la institución por el apoyo brindado ya que esta es la única fuente de ingresos que tiene para mantenerse.
