Hong, 36 years old, is married and has two children, a son and a daughter. Her husband works in a rubber factory. Hong supports her family through the income she earns from the general store. She started this business seven years ago. They live in Ho Chi Minh City.
Hong intends to take out a loan to buy a greater variety and quantity of shampoo and food products to stock her general store. The additional goods will enable her to increase her sales. She hopes her business runs smoothly and will help her to improve her living conditions.
