Julio de 48 años de edad vive en casa de un familiar con sus dos hijos de 13 y 11 años de edad, el se dedica al cultivo y comercialización de plantas a través un vivero que tienen en su lugar de residencia desde hace 9 años, tiene mucha clientela fija que lo buscan por los buenos precios con que vende su mercadería, con lo que obtiene de sus ventas logra cubrir algunos gastos de su hogar, don julio esta solicitando un crédito para la compra de abonos, tierra negra, bolsas, semillas y todos los utensilios necesarios para seguir con su trabajo y asi poder obtener mejores ganancias y darle a sus hijos una mejor calidad de vida sin limitación alguna.
